Order Placement

You can order from our delivered catering menu online, over the phone or by email. Please call or email us for full service event enquiries or if you require a quote.

We appreciate as much notice as possible and require all orders to be placed no later than 2pm one business day prior to your requested delivery time.

We understand sometimes last minute catering needs arise and we always love to assist where we can. Please phone us on 07 3868 1677 so we can advise on item and delivery time availability. While we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, unfortunately we cannot guarantee all menu items and delivery times will be available.

A minimum order of $150 is required for complimentary delivery to selected areas.

Orders under $150 will be subject to a surcharge in addition to applicable delivery fees if delivery is required, otherwise orders under $150 may be collected from our base in Hendra for no additional charge. Please be mindful that some menu items have a minimum order quantity.

We request that payment is made upon placing your order. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or by EFT.

All our published prices are inclusive of 10% GST unless otherwise stated and will attract a 1.6% surcharge of the total transaction value applied at the time of payment when paying by credit/debit card.

We would love to assist with any custom menu items, where possible. Please contact us to discuss your request.

We offer a range of menu options to suit different allergies and diet preferences. We pack all special diet items in separate packages with clear labelling to limit the risk of cross contamination.

Please note, while will take all care to provide special meals to meet all dietary requirements we are unable to guarantee that any meal will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, egg or egg products, seafood or other products that may produce allergic reactions in some people. To manage extreme allergies, special arrangements must be made prior to placing your order

Delivery

All orders are delivered in our refrigerated vans. Cold items are either delivered in recyclable cardboard catering trays ready to serve or in disposable aluminium trays ready for you to heat and serve at a later time.

Hot items are delivered in recyclable cardboard catering trays packed in insulated boxes with heat packs to ensure items are warm on arrival.

All cold items will be delivered up to 1 hour prior to the requested delivery time and all hot items will be delivered up to 15 minutes prior to the requested delivery time. In the event your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orders may be collected from our base in Hendra Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please ensure orders are collected promptly at the specified time and we do not offer a pickup option on weekend orders.

Changes, Postponements & Cancelations

To cancel an order, please inform us via email two business days prior to the delivery date and you will receive an 80% refund of the full order total.

Orders cancelled less than two business days prior to the delivery date will not be refunded.

Please contact us and we will happily assist with any changes required. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order changes requested within two business days of the delivery time.

To postpone an order, please inform us via email three business days prior to the delivery date and our friendly team will happily make the adjustment.

Postponement requests received within two business days of the delivery time will be treated as a cancelation.
